How self-study works

You set the pace and fit your study around work, from enrolment to certificate.

    Enrol

    Choose your course and enrol online on any day. Your online access starts when you enrol.

  2. 02

    Study online

    Work through the lessons online, at your own pace. A tutor is there if you get stuck.

  3. 03

    Assessment

    When you're ready, sit the assessment set by the awarding body. Any exam fee is shown with the course price.

  4. 04

    Certificate

    Pass, and the awarding body issues your certificate.

Is distance learning the same as your online courses?

No. Our online courses are live classes on fixed dates, taught live by a tutor. Distance learning is self-study: there's no timetable, and you work through the material on your own, with a tutor to contact when you need help. See online course dates.

When can I start, and how long do I have?

You can start on any day. Each course lists how long your online access lasts, so you can plan your study around work.

Is the exam fee included in the price?

Where the awarding body charges an exam fee on top of the course, it says so under the price. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.

Can I enrol several people from my company?

Yes. Call us on 07939 593032 and we'll arrange it. If you'd rather your team learned together with a tutor, ask about in-house training.
